Our house-made pastries by Chef Kate are included with your stay. While our pastry menu is seasonal and changes from week to week, some of our most popular items are pictured below, along with our delicious coffee, roasted by Bluemind Roasters out of Broad Ripple, Indiana, and freshly ground on a daily basis.
Our Polenta biscotti is made in-house with the season. We keep our biscotti well-stocked at our tea station, made available to guests at all times.
A particularly popular guest favorite, our warm, gooey, house-made cinnamon rolls are not to be missed. Pictured here with a sumptuous penuche glaze, but also served with cream cheese frosting, or a classic sticky caramel.
Our banana cake is particularly moist, and serve with penuche icing, a dark chocolate glaze, or simply on its own.
Crostatas frequent our pastry menu as our more fruit-laden, less sweet and simpler version of a pie. They are the perfect accompaniment to a hot cup of coffee. Pictured here is our large-format strawberry, rhubarb and honey crostata.
Corn flour Scones
Corn flour scones are one of the few mainstays on Doc's Pastry menu. While the flavor changes with the season, these Apricot-Pecan scones are our owner's favorite.
Mini Doc's tarts are delicious, fruit filled, glazed goodness. Pictured here is blueberry hibiscus with lemon glaze.
